Bits and pieces for today

Posted on May 31, 2007 | Filed Under In My Opinion...

Just a few comments from around the blogosphere:

Ralph Z. Hallow writes in the Washington Times (linked) about the divisiveness of the immigration bill. Story

In Townhall (linked), Peter Wehner writes about the irresponsibility of Breck Girl, John Edwards. Story

Wonderful piece in the American Spectator (linked) about the real heroes of the War on Terror. That story

In a story very close to me and opinions I’ve voiced more times I can remember over the years, Amy Barath writes in the Conservative Voice (linked) that policing is a man’s job. Read it

In the American Spectator (linked), Jay D. Homnick writes the real story of immigration - the Pot of Gold. Read it

To the American Spectator again for a few more excellent pieces, leading off with the wonderful Mark Steyn writing about the demographics of immigration.

Next up is Jamie Weinstein, who writes a great article about international “peace” group Amnesty International and their very selective view of human rights in the world.

Back to the Conservative Voice for an article that displays why this blog is one of my daily stops … Jeremy Meister rebuts Linda Chavez’s calling anyone who disagrees with the immigration bill “racist” in no uncertain terms. Catch it

And finally, the Anchoress (linked) talks about the “Most Dangerous Woman in America” Hillery Rodham Clinton, and the following quote that shows just how dangerous to American ideals she is:

“Many of you are well enough off that [President Bush’s] tax cuts may have helped you. We’re saying that for America to get back on track, we’re probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We’re going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good.”

Now if you seem to recall from your high school days that that statement hints of Socialist ideology …. you’d be correct. After all, Clinton is absolutely an anti-individual Socialist. Read the Anchoress

No other words to describe these mutts

Traitors! These are the scumbags helping to push the immigration bill down our throats. The architects of treason.

Does he GET it?

Posted on May 30, 2007 | Filed Under In My Opinion...

I am unfortunately beginning to seriously doubt the intelligence of George Bush, despite the fact that I twice voted for him.

I mean, WTF is this guy thinking with this “Immigration Reform” bill?

Last week he trots our major dickhead Micheal Chertoff - who it should be noted was a Giuliani guy in NYC - to ridicule members of the Presidents own party who oppose this bill for what it really is … Amnesty for up to 20 million illegal aliens.

Then he visits the Federal Law Enforcement Academy and personally rebukes fellow (?) Republicans and as much calls them racists himself.

Now yesterday, out comes former administration secretary Linda Chavez to call Republicans who oppose the bill “racists”. Racists!!

Previously, RINO Mel Martinez also implied anyone against the bill was racist.

Hmmmm …. Chavez, Martinez, Menendez … anyone notice a common thread here that might show where peoples loyalties really lie? Could George possibly be dumb enough to push this because of the spanish line who married into the Bush family? Hey - I’m just saying, that’s all!

This guys legacy is going to be the outright decimation of the Republican Party for the next 40 years! Let’s get serious here, okay?

What does he say about this? He says people are looking at a “small portion” of the bill and using it to “scare people” about the intent and result of the bill. How so, George?

He says that the entire issue of amnesty is a red herring because “serious penalties” will have to be paid before aliens can get a Z-Visa.

That is an outright lie. Two weeks ago, he personally removed the requirement that aliens be required to pay a fine to be placed on the list! It’s documented all over the freaking web, you jerk! Do you not think people are capable of reading English? Well - other than all these freaking aliens you’re so concerned about being “fair” to.

He also said that nothing would take place until the border fence was built and the Border Patrol beefed up.

Sure, George … like the progress on the fence package you signed in an election year, and Congress failed to fund … not that you ever meant to actually build the damned thing. We’re talkling in this bill of building 700 miles of fence along a border over 1000 miles long, for crissakes! And you know as well as the people do that it will never be built! And beef up the Border Patrol? Why? So agents who actually do their job will rot in jail on trumped up charges initiated by a foreign fucking government?!!

Are you mad?

I have tried to keep myself under control and not address this issue further, but enough is enough.

This administration cannot end too soon for me. I cringe going online every day wondering what this asshole will do next to further fracture his own party and destroy the country. No wonder his father is not speaking with him anymore. What daddy Bush really needs to do is haul Georges ass off to the freaking woodshed!

Ann Coulter, God love her, has a simply masterful column in todays Townhall that says all this much better than I can. Read Ann’s column

Dedicated to my “brother”

Posted on May 26, 2007 | Filed Under In My Opinion...

Memorial Day is almost upon us. No - not the artificial one designed to give myrmidons their long weekend and store sales - but the real one on May 30th, dedicated to the men who served our country and kept it free for these lefty scumbags to play their silly-ass games.

It also has a very special meaning to me and my dearest friends - it is also the day the senior member of our personal band of brothers left us after a year long battle with cancer.

This is the third anniversary of Dicks passing, and it doesn’t get any easier to handle. I’ve spoken of our relationship on my website and the website I created for his CHL classes in Arkansas. I’m not in the least embarrassed to say my eyes still well up just looking at the picture below - which also graces my wall next to my workstation.

Major R.E. “Dick” Overman, USMC (Aviation, Attack/CAS) was one of those guys the Marine Corps is all about - total dedication to the Corps, his country, and his buddies. A mans man who never complained, never cried “why me?”, never questioned Gods plan for him. Thought not a brother in the true sense - he was our Brother in every other sense of the word.

I dedicate this to him and his memory. Semper Fi, my brother. Guard the Gates well until we meet again …

“The Mansions of the Lord”

To fallen soldiers let us sing,
here no rockets fly nor bullets wing
Our broken brothers let us bring
to the mansions of the Lord.
No more bleeding no more fight,
no prayers pleading through the night
just divine embrace, eternal light,
in the mansions of the Lord

Where no mothers cry and no children weep,
we will stand and guard tho the angels sleep
All through the ages safely keep
… the mansions of the Lord

Listen to “Mansions of the Lord”
Listen to “Eternal Father - Strong to Save”
Listen to “The Marines Hymn”

Vis a vis’ the Immigration Amnesty Bill pushed by his fellow RINOS McCain, Kyl, Martinez, et all … Arlen “Jowls” Spector says … “It is not amnesty. This will restore the rule of law”.

Tell me please, someone, WTF is this idiot smoking, because I want some! I mean seriously - is he kidding, or is he just too fucking stupid to figure this out? How the hell does giving criminals - in our country illegally - amnesty restore the rule of law!!!

If anything it suspends the rule of law! We have approximately (nobody knows for sure how many of the bastards are here) 20 million illegals, who have been thumbing their noses at our laws and the American citizens, stealing our services to the extent that many hospitals in border areas have had to CLOSE because they were required by those same laws to provides services to anyone who appeared at the door, sending back millions of US dollars to families in Mexico - and paying no taxes in the bargain, getting drivers licenses, and in some cases VOTING!! WTF is going on here! And this idiot Spector says the bill would “restore” the law? Jesus Christ!

Bob Parks (linked) had this to say …

“Let’s make one thing perfectly clear. Whatever the politicos on Capitol Hill come up with, this is not about bringing anywhere from 12-24 million illegal immigrants out from the shadows and into the sunshine that is America, or however Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy put it. They are not in the shadows, but giving law-abiding American citizens the middle finger. Remember the millions of illegal aliens that marched in our streets last summer, DEMANDING rights and benefits reserved for citizens?

He is, of course, right on the money there. These same scumbags that were attacking police officers, fouling our streets, demanding they get amnesty … and carrying signs like the one posted previously. And how about THIS disgraceful display …

And Michelle Malkin has a terrific piece on this outrage

These bastards fly the Mexican flag OVER the US flag - which is hung upside down! Are you shitting me or what! We’re going to give amnesty to these scumbags?

And these morons in Congress wonder why the people have absolutely no respect or faith in them? Can they possibly be that stupid?

Well … they are mostly lawyers. What more can you expect from bottom dwelling slime?

… there is no ” globalwar on terror”. Can you believe this fargin icehole?

This jerkoff gets more and more into the moonbat circle everytime he opens his yap. I just don’t know what I can say about this guy! Well maybe I do … “Hey John! Get a sex change and call yourself Joanne, okay? You already lost your balls, so no big deal. And then you can spend as much time and money as you want on your lovely hair and nobody can question it! Cool, huh?”

Says pretty boy…

Democrat John Edwards Wednesday repudiated the notion that there is a “global war on terror,” calling it an ideological doctrine advanced by the Bush administrationthat has strained American military resources and emboldened terrorists.

Yeah, asshole - it’s all Bush’s fault. Those raghead bastards never would have crashed those planes into the WTC if we weren’t in Iraq. No wait … we weren’t in Iraq at that time, were we, Johnny? Well never mind, we know what you’re getting at.

American Pundit (linked) has a few on the money posts today about scumbag in chief John Murtha, Breck Girl John Edwards, and Ron “Mr. Constitution” Paul. Don’t miss them.

The Hill has a piece on John Murtha that brings light on Pelosi’s self-proclaimed “most ethical Congress ever” spiel. Apparently she forgot her buddy Murtha when she made that statement. Ole Jack tried to sneak one through to do an end run around the House rules. He got caught. Read it

Senate delays immigration vote

Posted on May 22, 2007 | Filed Under In My Opinion...

Breaking..

It would appear at this point that our elected representatives are finally getting the message that The People are fed up and ready to send any scumbag who refuses to heed their oath of office to obey the laws of the land out on their collective asses.

It has just been announced that Senate Republicans have forced a delay until June to debate the Immigration Reform Bill.

Story

Granted that is only a few weeks, but it’s a start. The Senate will not cram this travesty down the throats of the American public without a fight. The People don’t want any bill that includes amnesty for illegal aliens who thumbed their noses at our laws and continue to do so.

These criminal scumbags are laughing at our country right now. They think they can bend the President and Congress to their will despite what the People say. For what … scumbags like these?

I got news for ya, Pedro … I have no intention of learning your language to get along in MY country. no more than you would want to learn MY language to get along in yours. How’s that grab your ass? You want to live here? Fine - get in fucking line like the rest of the folks who want to be Americans - not Mexicans in our country. Learn English, speak English!

Or go home where you belong. America for Americans! Don’t like it? Piss off.

And just to show these spineless bastards for what they are … even newly elected President of France Nicholas Sarkozy, of all people, says the following in regards to their problems with immigrants …

“France’s minister of immigration and national identity, a new ministry created by President Nicolas Sarkozy, has ruled out legalizing undocumented immigrants en masse.”

Even the French have figured this out!

“You speak ze French here, become French, or you go home!

Senate votes for cloture

May I humbly suggest that any so-called Republican who voted YEA for this fiasco be the subject of a RECALL in their home state? Get going, people. These asswipes don’t think we matter - they know best what’s good for us and the country. They are wrong, and they better learn. The only way I can think of to let them know we’re not dicking around with them anymore is to either recall them immediately or vote their asses OUT come next election.

Preoccupied with medical stuff today pending some surgery, so I’m a day or two late to the table. As usual the following has already been the subject of discussion on the blogosphere … but minus my own unique (!) perspective:)

First up is Dr. Thomas Sowell - intellect extraordinaire - who writes a fantastic, spot on piece in Townhall blogs about the origins of the viciousness of the left wing moonbats - those self-rightious paragons of “niceness.” Yeah - the ones who scream how “nasty” those “mean tempered” conservatives are. Yeah - morons like Michael Moore and his Hollyweird friends. THOSE moonbats. Read Dr. Sowell’s piece

Apparently John McCain has been hanging out with his liberal (Socialist bastard) buddies like Teddy Kennedy so long he has picked up much of their temperment and churlish attitudes. In typical leftie “You can’t tell me anything, I know better than you!” style, McCain recently got involved in a profanity laced shouting match on the Senate floor (exceedingly “bad form” Senator McCain) in which McCain insisted “nobody can tell me anything about immigration.” Obviously, nobody can tell this bum anything about anything, or he’d know to keep his yap shut. In my mind he has already removed himself from serious consideration as a Republican Presidential nominee, viz his alignment with Kennedy on the immigration bill under consideration.

Liberal rag The Washington Post has the story

Next good read is by Michael John McCrae, writing in the increasingly relevent Conservative Voice - a daily stop for me. Entitled “Being Prepared For The Liberal Onslaught”, Mr. McCrae makes a scary case of things to come IF … Story link

G. Robert Dieckmann, writing also in the Conservative Voice, has two exceptional stories currently posted. I’ll just link to them and be done with it - he can tell it better than I can anyway!

More from the Conservative Voice …

Of particular interest to me, being a retired police officer, and considering my previous post on last weeks Police Memorial Week … Senator Mike Crapo writes about “ - a dedication to the men and women of law enforcement. Thank you for your support, Senator!

A previous topic of mine gets expanded upon by George Mason, titled “Premeditated Merger”. A scary snip from his article about the immigration reform bill we’ve all been discussing …
“The bill, as worked out by Senate and White House negotiators, cites the SPP agreement signed by President Bush and his counterparts in Mexico and Canada March 23, 2005 – an agreement that has been criticized as a blueprint for building a European Union-style merger of the three countries of North America.”

I just have to wonder exactly what the hell these nitwits on the left - aligned with George Bush - are thinking! Go ahead and piss yourself off, like me, and read the

And finishing up (for now) with my Low Blow of the Day! …

Rep. Barney Frank tries to explain exactly HOW his arm wound up in such a state, and insists he and his pals were not engaging in “deep fisting.” I personally don’t believe him for a second - but that’s me - he regularly “fists” the country with his agenda driven nonsense.

The peanut vendor strikes a pose

Posted on May 20, 2007 | Filed Under In My Opinion...

Jimmuh Carter, ex-president and current America-hater, terrorist apologist, strikes a rather pugnacious pose, don’t you think? Too bad this POS doesn’t have the balls to back it up, as witnessed in his career ending episode with the Iranian kidnapping of US citizens.

Jimmuh struck this pose while calling Bush the “worst President ever in foreign relations.” He then made a “correction” of sorts, when he then said he was talking about a comparison to Richard Nixon. Wel I guess that makes it okay, then, considering President Nixon - the President who did more to open foreign relations and the US than ANY President, including the peanut vendor - is dead and unable to defend himself. Brave man, that Carter!

OTOH, I might agree if we were speaking of selling out the country and his political base, but foreign relations? I mean … who better to talk about foreign relations that Jimmuh Carter?

Remember THIS little foray, Jimmuh? Do ya huh? You and your buddy Fidel Castro sharing a laugh. What was that about violating the Cuba Embargo Act? Oh … doesn’t apply to former incompetent Presidents. Sorry!

Hey Jimmuh? Here’s a little sompin for ya’ll! Have a nice day, hear?

Bushs’ ratings at all time low

Maybe this is why …

George tells his primary supporters - the ones who got him into office - exactly what he thinks of us…

Yeah well … same to you, George.

And in an even more FU exchange, George has removed the requirement from the immigration reform (nee AMNESTY) bill that illegals are to pay back taxes before they can be naturalized. Nice going, George. Because why? Oh - because it would be too hard to tell which people were illegal and which aren’t? That sounds like the kind of logic Bill Clintoon was noted for. Except in this case it’s your definition of illegal rather than what is is. Here’s a link to the

The NRC is working hard to spin this travesty Bush’s way … it’s not an Amnesty - it’s a Parole. Yeah, right.

Hey NRC … see that sign the Pres is giving us conservatives above? Yeah - well right back at ya!

The BASTARDS did it!

Warning: language alert. No punches pulled in this one!

Amnesty n.
1. a general pardon for offenses, esp. political offenses, against a government, often granted before any trial or conviction.
2. Law. an act of forgiveness for past offenses, esp. to a class of persons as a whole.
3. a forgetting or overlooking of any past offense.
4. to grant amnesty to; pardon.

We might have expected this from the party of eunuchs, i.e., Republican Party. As usual, they have raised their butts to the Dimmocrats and not even asked for some KY.

Led by traitor John McCain - whose chances of garnering the Republican nod for President are now nil - the Senate Republican “went along to get along” and have approved an immigration reform bill that does exactly what the American people said they don’t want … Amnesty for illegal aliens.

But of course the House of Lords doesn’t feel they need to listen to us - they know better what’s right for us. Led by the despicable Ted Kennedy on the Dim side, the party of polls does what it always does and panders to a group hoping to get more votes so as to retain-regain power. That’s what it’s all about to them … POWER. Getting it and keeping it. And the Republican eunuchs just go along saying it’s the best they can get.

Horseshit!

What they could do better is tie the damned Congress up in knots until these asshole Dimmocrats get the message that this is about security and the rule of law - not pandering for votes! Then pass that message on to the nitwit in the White House!

I can’t believe I ever voted for these morons, and especially Bush. WTF is going on when a sitting President cares more about what the Presidente of Mexico says about the US immigration “policy” than the American people do?

Bush says … “… hailed the agreement as “one that will help enforce our borders, but equally importantly, it will treat people with respect.”

Respect? Who the hell cares about respecting these criminals! They are here illegally. They violated our laws with impunity! They violated the sovereignty of out country! Criminals don’t get my respect, asshole! And neither do you from this point onward!

Well, I’m done. I have downloaded and completed the form from my local Board of Elections changing my party affiliation from Republican to Independent and it is in the mailbox to go out today. May I suggest you do the same. I have also emailed my Republican Congressman (my 2 Senators are Dimms) and told him in no uncertain terms that I will never again vote Republican as I have my entire adult life, and will not EVER contribute another dime to the RNC.

These scumbags in the GOP - from the POTUS on down - have turned their backs on their constituency for the past 7 years, and it’s enough. They do not deserve our support, our votes, our money. Hell - they are letting the Dimms tax our money away from us anyway! They have done exactly what the Dimms historically do when they are in power - spend taxpayer money on pork projects, push the national debt into oblivion, and turned their backs on the principals of the party … and their constituents.

The Republican Party had better return to the principals of Ronald Reagan, and fast. As it stands now they will be the minority party for the next 40 years. This is Bush’s legacy - utterly destroying his own party - his own country. I still wonder if his reasoning - such as it is - is because he has hispanic blood in his family. Whatever the reason, he can kiss my ass now.

This is what American soldiers and Marines are dying for? A country ostensibly based on the rule of law giving lawbreakers amnesty for their crime? Yes, crime! They came here illegally, so they are criminals!

This is a great example they set for the public. In the same way a generation of youth came to believe that oral sex “is not really sex” (thanks, Bill) , they now see that obeying the law in their daily lives will get them nowhere. Break the damned laws if you find them inconvenient! So what - the President and Congress do it all the time!

God help this country … these cowardly scumbags in Washington are destroying a once great nation based on laws and principals. If you want to get an idea what this is really about, check out this photo from AP. I’ll follow with the caption for the photo …

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of Calif., center, shares a laugh with Congressional Hispanic Caucus members, Reps. Joe Baca, D-Calif., left, and Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., prior to the start of a meeting on immigration reform, Thursday, May 17, 2007, on Capitol Hill in Washington. (AP Photo/Lauren Victoria Burke)”

Of course the bitch “shares a laugh” … she knows 90% of the votes from these illegal aliens will go to her party. Fuck America, right, you sleazy bitch? Get those votes! Illegal aliens, convicted felons … doesn’t matter! Votes matter! Power matters! Pork matters!

The blogs and true conservatives have reacted to this outrage in a way the GOP was not prepared for - which just shows how out of touch they have become after just over 13 years as the majority. And I predict it will get much worse for these clowns. “Payback is a bitch”, as the saying goes.

W. James Antle III, writing in the American Spectator, has to say …
… and Lew Waters - writing in his Take Our Country Back blog has a really good

And to piss you off just a bit more, take a look at this photo …

Who do you see in the middle - between the murderer Kennedy and Mel Martinez? Right! Lindsey Graham! The guy who went into Congress in 1994 as part of the Gingrich Republican revolution! Conservative, he says. And here he is, laughing with Ted Kennedy - major architect of this outrage (could we expect less from a Kennedy?) - in a self-congratulatory love-fest with Liberal Dimmocrats. The scumbag.

Meanwhile, McCain continues to laud the bill as a “good thing” (while missing 42 critical votes in the Senate), Arlen Spector (RINO scumbag) makes deals with liberals and worries about his hair implants, and Bush sits smiling in the Oval Office waiting to sign this treachery into law. I can only wonder what else this nitwit can come up with to sell out our country with what’s left of his term as POTUS. Have a nice legacy, George, and fuck you very much!

The chief architects of this outrage …

Arlen “RINO” Spector and John McCain - ostensibly Republicans, and the murderer from Mass., Ted Kennedy. I can’t even talk about that POS Kennedy without hyperventilating, and every time I see that face of Spectors’ and hear that mealy-mouth tone of his I want to puke. As for McCain, the stories I have heard from Viet vets who knew this POS are beginning to sound more plausible to me every day. If this POS winds up as the Republican nominee for POTUS, I’m staying home, and so will my wife and son.

And how about that Kennedy slob, eh? Well, Mark Krikorian dug up these quotes from Kennedy speechs during previous immigration debates. My comments in italics …

1965:

  • “The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants.”

How about an estimated 20 million since then, moron!

  • It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society.

Which is why everywhere we go we see signs, etc in both English and Spanish, right? Voting form, drivers tests … in Spanish.

  • It will not relax the standards of admission.

Right - they just break the law and jump the fence.

  • It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs.”

Well, they’re jobs most Americans wouldn’t want anyway, right?

1986:
“This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 to 1.3 million illegal aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this.” (emphasis added)

2007:
“Now it is time for action. 2007 is the year we must fix our broken system.”
And exactly WHO broke it, Senator?

Looks like Kennedy has as much a problem telling the truth as does the rest of his clan and party!

Fred Thompson offers via The Thompson Report …

National Border Patrol Council President T.J. Bonner” says, in todays Washington Times …
“Every person who has ever risked their life securing our borders is extremely disheartened to see some of our elected representatives once again waving the white flag on the issues of illegal immigration and border security”

Some interesting stuff around the web today.

Over at the Conservative Voice (linked) blog, two articles are worthy of a read.

Ben Shapiro writes about Democratic lies …
Patrick Buchanan writes about the New World Order and the World bank …

A really interesting and thought provoking article on the KNBC website relating to the alleged “LAPD Riot” (now where have I heard THAT line before?) at McArthur Park last week, when LAPD officers confronted members of the notorious latin gang MS-13 posing as your average illegal alien in their quest for rights they claim are denied them. Says one member of the group …

“The LAPD denied our community both a political and physical space to nonviolently claim our rights to legalization for all undocumented immigrants and a fair immigration reform for the country,” said the event’s organizer, Mexican American Political Association President Nativo Lopez.

Interesting, no? “Claim their RIGHTS” he says. Excuse me, but since when do non-citizen criminals have RIGHTS under our Constitution? If the Bill of Rights means so much to you clowns, how about immigrating legally, and applying for citizenship? Too hard for you? Tough shit - go home.

It comes to no surprise to me personally that ex-NYPD commissioner-current LAPD Chief Bill “No Balls” Bratton has announced he will attend the anti-LAPD rally this bunch of criminals is putting together. Way to support your men, Chief!
Read the story

I previously commented on the Dims attempts to reinstitute the so-called “Fairness Doctrine” in an effort to stifle opposing views by conservatives and basically shut down conservative talk radio. The Politico (linked) has a good piece on the subject . And if you really want to see an example of just how nuts these liberals are - read the comments below the article! Tin hat, anyone?

Finally, a really great piece by Robert Spencer over at Jihad Watch (linked) about the real intentions of Islam. Don’t miss it …

Most have heard about their repulsive “bit” last week about raping Condi Rice and Laura Bush. This is what passes for humor among the young these days? Of course - just look at the career Howard Stern has carved out for himself by appealing to sophomoric morons bereft of class, intelligence, and morals! Want to make millions, kids? Get a radio or TV show and act like an ass!

We wonder why kids/young adults act like they do these days. No respect. No courtesy. Assholes. Those like Tipper Gore blame it on video games. I disagree.

IMO, the blame can be laid at the feet of TV executives who value their bonus higher than societal values. How about “professional wrestling” for example. Trampy broads falling out of bikini’s, shaking their ass’s and synthetically enhanced boobs around in the faces of 10 year old boys - while their dads carry on like 10 year olds themselves. Hormonally enhanced body builders cum wrestlers who couldn’t wrestle their way out of a paper bag were their “bouts” not choreographed and the winners pre-determined. Strutting around the ring (stage) like preening roosters. A fine example of “manhood” for our sons to emulate. Screaming, hollering, ready to fight anyone at the drop of a hat to prove their manhood.

Great stuff. Thanks, Vince McMahon, for single-handedly turning a generation of boys into Neanderthals.  Hey Vince … would you let one of these cretins take your daughter out? Just asking …

Back to Opie & Anthony …

I had 2 accounts with XM Radio. One for myself and one for my 21 y/o son. 2 car units and one home unit. Yesterday I called XM and cancelled both accounts. When asked by the agent why I was cancelling, I answered with 3 words - “Opie and Anthony.”  Offers to give me free service for 6 months if I would reconsider were rejected out of hand. Handing my call off to a supervisor, I was told that I should understand that their channel was an extra cost option, and all XM users didn’t even get the show, and that I shouldn’t expect them to be fired (as was Don Imus for lesser words) for their admittedly obscene remarks.

“That’s not why I’m cancelling, and I’m not asking them to be fired” I told the supervisor.

“But … I don’t understand what your problem is, then, sir?”

“It’s very simple”, I said … you PAY them to do that show, correct?”

“Yes sir, we do”

“Fine … and the money to pay them comes from your subscribers, correct?”

“Well … yes, I guess it does, sir?”

“Then it’s very simple … if that is true, and I know it is … I am paying for them to have an outlet for their disgusting brand of so-called humor, and I won’t have that. Understand? I’m not asking them to be fired, and I’m not suggesting the show be censored. I’m just saying I refuse to help pay for it.”

A short pause before he said “I see your position, sir. I would hope you’d reconsider at some time and rejoin the XM family. Thank you for your comments - I will pass them along to management.”

And this is what people, in my opinion, need to start doing - refusing to pay for this crap! Don’t allow your kids to watch this garbage, listen to it, engage in it. Just say NO! I’m not proposing we become a society of Alpha-Males like Algore, with no balls or sense of decency. I’m suggesting that if we want a civil society again, we have to take steps ourselves to recreate it. Don’t allow the money grubbing cretins in Hollywood to shape our culture - if we indeed have a culture anymore.

Is that so hard to understand?

Okay - enough of this freaking moron!

Who?

Ron Paul

In last nights Republican debate, this idiot said the following, in response to the question …

“Are you suggesting that we invited the 9/11 attack, sir?”

His answer?

“”I’m suggesting that we listen to the people who attacked us and the reason they did it, and they are delighted that we’re over there because Osama bin Laden has said, “I am glad you’re over on our sand because we can target you so much easier.” They have already now since that time have killed 3,400 of our men, and I don’t think it was necessary.”

Video link

And listen, if you will, to Rudy Giuliani’s response to idiot Paul. I’m not a fan of Rudy, personally, but i Know him well enough to know his outrage at Pauls suggestions were genuine. He was clearly pissed.

I said in an earlier post that this guy was a moron, and he’s proving me right. He should run on an indy ticket with fellow nitwit Dennis Kucinich. Two of a kind!

Does he need reminding that we had not attacked Iraq previous to 9/11/01? And this clown thinks he should be President? Sorry, but this guy is clearly insane, and his followers over on Newsbusters are simply conservative/libertarian versions of the “Kos Kids.”

Actually … the way the Republican Party is going the last few years … Ronald McDonald could run and maybe win the nomination. He certainly couldn’t be worse than these ball-less morons running the party right now.

The bastards are selling us out again!

Who? The Republicans in Congress, and specifically in this case the Senate, that’s who.

Led by RINO John McCain - the man who would be President - our weak-kneed Reps are close to a deal on “immigration reform” That would grant amnesty to the approximately (nobody knows how many for sure) 20 million illegal aliens currently in our country. In effect, making this their country. Viva Estados Unidos!

And just who does McCain team up with to write this reform package? Why, none other than Edward “Crash Test Dummy” Kennedy, that’s who. Is there possibly a more partisan Dimmocrat in Congress than that sad excuse for a human being?

This is disgusting. I just wrote to the leader of the RNC and told him he better not send me letters asking for contributions for the next elections. I might suggest you do the same. Screw these clowns - every one of them - who don’t have the balls to stand up for American Citizens, and naturalized citizens who did so legally, by following the law.

What the hell is happening to my country!!!!!!

Short and sweet …

Chuck Hagel, R-Nebraska

RINO, POS, scumbag, etc, etc….

Possibly planning a third party run at the Presidency as part of a Bloomberg ticket? A good matchup, imo! Both RINO’s, both liberal scumbags. Think of the possibilities! The entire country would be a “no smoking, inside or outside” zone! An $8 dollar surcharge to drive your vehicle from one state to another! Screw your rights - you don’t have any! We’re in charge now!

This clown Bloomberg plans to spend as much as 1 billion dollars of his own inherited cash to make a run, and let Chucky-boy tag along for VP. Apparently he can’t find anyone else stupid enough to be a running mate.

Ahhh … Bloomy? Have you tried calling Dennis Kucinich? He’s dumb as a rock and his campaign isn’t going anywhere either. Give him a call!

Bits and pieces today …

On Nealz Nuze (Neal Boortz) is a juicy little piece of Barack “Hussain” Obama’s drift to the ever popular politics of envy - “taxing the rich” to give to the “poor”. On the money!
Read it

A great piece on Free Republic about the culture of sheep plaguing the country. People unwilling (not unABLE - unWILLING) to defend themselves and expecting the nanny government to take care of them.
Read it

Also on Boortz, Neal takes it to major scumbag of the left John Murtha. Why? As Neal says:

We want to talk about government spending? Let’s talk to my favorite buddy in Congress, Mr. Murtha. Last night a bill passed through the House to fund intelligence operations. Fine. But the bill also contains $97 million of “unclassified earmarks” (aka. Pork-barrel spending). The largest benefactor was none other than that famous Democrat who told the world that our troops were killing innocent Iraqis in cold blood. Yes … that wonderful friend of our men and women in uniform, Congressman Murtha! Murtha managed to bring home the pork in an intelligence funding bill to the tune of $23 million for a new drug intelligence center in his hometown district of Johnstown, PA. What an absolute ridiculous waste of tax payer money. Also, considering there are 19 other facilities just like it, it is in a location where there are probably more cows than people and not to mention the silly little waste of tax dollars called “the war on drugs.” This is just a way for Murtha to get more jobs in his district. Pathetic. And we wonder why we spend so much. The little things add up too, folks.

I would assume this is how this pig got his intelligence that the Haditha Marines were “guilty of murder” before an investigation was even begun? Or his intel that we can’t win in Iraq? Not enough pork for your district if we win, John? You self-rightous scumbag.

“Fairness” Doctrine? Censorship Doctrine!

Posted on May 15, 2007 | Filed Under In My Opinion...

As reported in the , Pelosi and Company are giving serious thought (read they will do it) to reinstating the notorious “Fairness Doctrine” applied to television, radio, and other media outlets.

Of course the last time this anti-First Amendment garbage was around was under the previous dimmocratic control over the American public. It appears that the dims take a dim view of opposing thought in the media having an unrestricted platform to criticize their “policies” and want to put the kibosh on that as soon as they “win the 2008 elections.” We can’t have people being able to freely criticize them, can we? No, of course not!

So this is another attempt by the party that constantly reminds us “the people have a right to know” … except when it concerns their shenanigans. They will try to stifle free debate and limit the information available to the public to their favored MSM outlets. Targets currently include Rush Limbaugh, Neal Boortz, and others of a conservative bent.

You see, it’s very simple … conservative talk radio is a thorn in their side. They simply can’t allow ideas critical to them to reach the public. So any means they can sue to stifle free exchange of ideas they will use, under the guise of fairness. Fairness to them means no conservative viewpoint. Obviously, liberal talk radio has been a total failure. It’s kind of hard to present views that can’t be backed by evidence. Theories don’t work for them.

So while they conduct their vicious campaigns on scum sites like moveon.org and use moneyman George Soros to do their dirty work (which would not have to comply with the doctrine), they would silence opposing argument. So typical.

Naturally Pelosi says she will not push the doctrine through the House, but she won’t state such for publication where she would be held to her word. These swine are already pursuing censorship of conservative media via committees, and trying to hide that as well. Also typical.

I thought we had a “right to know”, Nancy? Or is that only a “right to know” when it hurts the current administration?

Scumbags.
